Body Love Boot Camp

During this 6-week intensive workshop, we will be meeting every Saturday in New Paltz to discuss and explore the concepts of intuitive eating, joyful movement, trusting our guts, and learning to love and honor our bodies again while achieving true health and food freedom!

In this small group atmosphere, you’ll receive coaching and ongoing support from your peers in a safe space.

Saturdays from June 10 to July 15, 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Week 3: Exercising Compassion
Week 4: Honoring Our Bodies
Week 5: Redefining Healthy
Week 6: Achieving Food Freedom
